Targeting core muscles in the abdomen and spine to improve strength, flexibility, posture and fitness, pilates can be customised to suit all ages, levels of fitness and work with existing injuries. Lisa has been dedicated to her Pilates practices for over 20 years and believes it is the key to promoting strength, flexibility and body awareness. Favouring Mat Pilates for its progressive exercise training, Lisa focuses on building body confidence with stability and flexibility. 

Lisa provides personalized programs focusing on Mat Pilates to promote fitness and healthy movement. Programs are monitored and a clients needs are evaluated on a regular basis to ensure optimal progress.
